Cuscus picant cu legume rapid si bun de tot!<\/p>\n

Preparatul cuscus picant cu legume\u00a0intra cu succes la categoria mancaruri vegetariene.<\/p>\n

Daca va spun si ca dureaza 20-25 de minute prepararea, clar va incant. Sper, macar.<\/p>\n

Asadar, ajung seara tarziu acasa si zic : „Ce sa mananc eu, sa fie usor, rapid, gustos si suficient de hranitor?”. Cum aruncam privirea mea de vultur infometat iar frigiderul era destul de „porno”, m-am rezumat la rosii, gulii, ciuperci la conserva, capere si o legatura de marar. Era sa uit, nelipsitul morcov, era si el pe acolo. Nu va ganditi la prostii!<\/p>\n

Ma apuc de treaba.<\/p>\n

Scurg bine ciupercile, le storc in pumni, vreo 400 gr am folosit.<\/p>\n

Morcovul l-am ras, unu, ca atata am avut- oricum, este suficient un morcov pentru doua portii.<\/p>\n

Si cam asta a fost pregatirea, urmeaza prepararea.<\/p>\n

O cana de cuscus am pus-o peste o cana de apa deja fiarta, am amestecat un pic, am pus capacul si am lasat sa se umfle cam\u00a0de 5-7 minute, cu focul oprit.<\/p>\n

In timpul acesta, am pus tigaia pe foc, am trantit ciupercile cu o lingurita de ulei de masline extra virgin. Cand s-a format suficienta apa, am adaugat morcovul ras (pe razatoarea mica) si gulia , taiata felii. Am pus capacul vreme de 4-5 minute.<\/p>\n

Apoi am adaugat rosiile, am auzit ca rosiile trebuiesc puse mai spre final, zis si facut. Imediat, la 2 minute, timp in care, sosul fierbea, am pus si vreo 50 de grame de capere.<\/p>\n

S-a format un sos, un deliciu!<\/p>\n

Condimentele … Trebuie musai condimente. Am pus: piper, ghimbir pulbere, boia iute, un pic de curry, sare si oregano. Iar cand toate legumele s-au legat cu sosul am adaugat si mararul tocat marunt.<\/p>\n

Am facut un musuroi din cuscus peste care am pus legumele, sosul si\u00a0pentru prezentare dar si pentru inca un pic de aroma – busuioc verde.<\/p>\n

And this is it! \u00a0Incercati\u00a0reteta cuscus picant cu legume ! Pana acum nu a ajuns nimeni la spital dupa ce au mancat bucatele preparate de mine. Sau nu mi-au zis? :))<\/p>\n
