Aud tot mai multe persoane plangandu-se de lipsa de energie. „Simt ca nu mai am energie, ca nu ma pot concentra si ca imi tremura gladiolele”.  Asa ca, de unde ne luam energia? Este intrebarea care incepe sa ne cam macine. Toamna trebuie avuta mai multa grija la alimentatie. Toamna si primavara mai exact. Daca te incarci cu suficienta „energie” pe timp de toamna ori primavara, o sa ai parte de luni fericite. <\/p>\n
